Chinese Essence Qigong and
Pan Gu Shengong Instruction
Increase and maintain your well being on every level, physical, emotional and spiritual, when you choose to learn either of these simple and effective Qigong forms. You’ll find that your physical and mental fitness, flexibility, and health, improve steadily as you practice. You’ll control your moods rather than your moods controlling you, and your sense of spiritual connection will become profound.
Once you learn a form, you’re in control of where and when you practice it. All you have to do is show up wherever and whenever feels best to you, in your backyard in the morning, in your kitchen in the afternoon, on the beach or a mountaintop. The movements are gentle, easy to do, and they feel good!
I’ve been practicing Essence Qigong since 2002, and Pan Gu Shengong since 2006. I’m a certified teacher of both.
Call me for a free phone consultation, and for cost and scheduling information. Qigong is an inexpensive and effective way to take charge of your own life.
Qigong in a number of forms has grown popular in Europe, Great Britain, Australasia, and North America since many teachers and masters emerged in the 1970s from China. There it has been studied and practiced for over 2,000 years.
Qi (pronounced “chee”) refers to universal life force or energy. The Qi in our bodies manifests as bioelectricity, making our bodies a living electromagnetic field affected by everything around us, including our thoughts, feelings and actions.
Gong refers to a special skill or study requiring focused attention, time and patience.
Essence Qigong and Pan Gu Shengong are among the Qigong forms that coordinate relaxed body with concentrated mind promoting deep and smooth circulation of Qi and balancing yin and yang energies.
