Kristina is an inspirational artist and writer, warm and nurturing energy worker, and dedicated community worker. I have been fortunate to have experienced all her talents which are a wonderful combination of intuition and professionalism.”
Dr. Julieanne Hilbers
Sydney, Australia

Kristina Bak is an artist, healer, Qigong teacher, counselor, writer and intuitive. She grew up on her grandparents’ remote ranch beside Ahtanum Creek and the Yakama Indian Reservation in Washington State. She studied at Reed College, the University of New Mexico, and Western Washington University, has advanced degrees in architecture and in counseling psychology from the University of Washington and Antioch University Seattle, and was a Fulbright scholar in Rome.

After Kristina’s move to Bend, Oregon, in 1993 she worked in public rural mental health, in hospice, and as a private counselor. In the week after 9/11, 2001, she flew to Australia and met Kevin Farrow, a master energy healer, with whom she studied for the next several years. She began her study of Qigong at the same time, and continued upon her return to the US in 2004. Her healing practice has evolved around this matrix, moving through knowledge, insight, experience and angelic guidance toward balance and harmony.
